Together Helping Unite God's Sons (T.H.U.G.S.) Inc. has developed a youth mentoring program that will help many middle school and high school aged young men overcome their past hardships, remain in school, and stay out of the juvenile justice system.
T.H.U.G.S., Inc.'s program employs the principles of respect, discipline, and determination, to help these young men become independent, productive members of society.
Upon transformation, these young men will use the skills gained to obtain higher education, a skilled trade, and pursue employment opportunities that eventually lead to jobs and careers paying more than poverty wages.
These young men will ultimately be better prepared to give back to their local communities and to national communities in need.
OUR MISSION
To make a positive difference in the lives of young men at risk of underachievement by increasing:

high school graduation rates

completion of post-secondary education or vocational training

post-secondary employment rates while decreasing exposure to violent crime.
